ImportProblem replaces the problem's content with a problem archive uploaded beforehand through AssetService. The archive format is recognized from its content; Polygon packages are supported. Like SyncProblem, the import runs asynchronously and overwrites modifications made to the problem in this space, but it leaves the problem's origin as it is.
