FreezeContest takes a running contest to FROZEN, leaving the participant interface reachable while restricting submitting, so participants keep access to problems and to what they have already done. This is a manual status change and is a different thing from the scoreboard freezing configured through UpdateContest, which hides standings near the end of a contest by itself. Use ResumeContest to lift it.
