DescribeValidation returns the current state of a validation, broken down test by test, each run pointing at the input it was fed and at the validator's own output with stderr merged in. Keep polling until the status settles. A per-test verdict distinguishes an input the validator rejected from one which could not be produced at all, because a generator or a download failed.
