CreateGroup

CreateGroup declares a new group in the space and returns its id. The group starts out with no members: put members into it by writing their groups through eolymp.community.MemberService.

Group describes a group of members in the space.

A member can belong to at most 10 groups, a fixed platform limit. A group itself has no size limit and can hold any number of members.

Groups may give members "decorations" (icons, badges and color highlights). If multiple groups define decorations, the one with highest index takes over.
