ListVersions

https://api.eolymp.com/spaces//problems//versions

ListVersions returns the changelog of edits made to the problem. It can be paged either by offset or by feeding the returned cursor back into the next request. The change history is editor-facing, so this read requires the write scope, and its version numbers are what ExportProblem takes.
