CreateMember adds a record to the space's user database and returns its id. Which kind of member appears depends on which arm of the account oneof the request fills in — user, team or ghost — and a request that fills in none of them is rejected. Users count against the space's member quota and a user can be placed into an existing team as it is created; teams and ghosts consume no quota.
