UpdateQuestion writes the fields listed in the patch, or every field when the patch is empty, overwriting the ones left blank in the request. Options are patched as a whole list rather than one at a time: an option resent with its id keeps it, an option sent without one is added, and an option missing from the list is removed. Keep the ids of the options which stay, otherwise submissions already made against this question can no longer be re-graded.
