RetestSubmission re-evaluates an existing submission in place, which is what the console calls "rejudge": the previous results are discarded while the submission keeps its ID, its submission time and its position in listings. The score it contributes can come out different, so the participant's standing may move; the call returns as soon as evaluation is queued.
