TranslatePost hands a post to automatic translation for several locales at once and returns a task id: the work runs in the background, so the translations turn up some time after the call returns and are found by reading the post in those locales. It can additionally take in every translation an earlier automatic run produced, to refresh them, and can be told to overwrite translations a person wrote, which it otherwise leaves alone.
