CheckSolutions submits the matching solutions against the problem's tests and, as each submission finishes, records whether the verdict it got matched the expected one. It answers immediately with an empty body: checking is asynchronous, so poll ListSolutions until nothing is pending any more. Solutions of the do-not-run type are always skipped, and for output-only problems the call is a no-op because they cannot be executed.
