RetestProblem re-evaluates every submission made for one problem of the contest, and is the bulk form of RetestSubmission — reach for it after correcting tests or limits while the contest is under way. The score of everyone who attempted the problem may change, and the work is queued in the background, so the call returns long before the last submission has been retested.
