UpdateSolution rewrites only the patched fields and leaves the rest as they were. It never re-runs anything, so the recorded status keeps describing the previous check until CheckSolutions is called again. Beware of clearing the secret flag: unpublishing a secret solution erases its source and runtime rather than revealing them.
