RebuildScore recomputes the score of every participant from their submissions. It is the repair for a ranking that has drifted from the submissions behind it, after a problem was retested or its tests were edited — a full recomputation and not a cache refresh, so it takes time on a large contest. The work runs in the background: the call returns an activity, whose progress is followed with ContestService.ListActivities.
