CreateMemberLoginLink mints a single-use link that signs the member in without a password, for handing to someone who cannot sign in the usual way. The link is valid for fifteen minutes and may be used once, and issuing a new one invalidates the member's previous link. It works only where the space keeps its own identities; a member owned by an external identity provider signs in through that provider and the call is refused.
