UpdateValidator

https://api.eolymp.com/spaces//problems//validator

UpdateValidator replaces the stored validator. There is no DeleteValidator, so a validator is removed by calling this method with an empty payload. Saving a validator does not run it over the problem's tests: that is ValidationService.RunValidation.
