DescribeSubmission returns one submission along with the breakdown of its test groups. How much per-test detail a group carries is decided by the testset's feedback policy and not by anything in the request: callers who may edit the problem always get every run, a participant may see much less. Source code and debug output are omitted for callers who are not allowed to see them.
