UpdatePost writes new values into a post, and is also how a post is featured on the home page or pinned on top of the listing. Fields left out of the patch keep the values they already have. The title and the image still cannot be set: they follow the content, so editing the content changes them. Given a locale, the content is written to that translation instead, which is created from the post if it does not exist yet.
