ListAnnouncements

https://api.eolymp.com/spaces//contests//announcements

ListAnnouncements returns the announcements of the contest, and backs both the participant's announcement panel and the organiser's list. The result can be narrowed to what the calling participant has not read yet, which is how a client shows only what is new to the person in front of it.
