ListProblems

https://api.eolymp.com/spaces//contests//problems

ListProblems returns the contest's problems in contest order, each one merged with the archive problem it references. A caller who may see the contest but is not yet allowed to see its problems — a participant who has not started, for instance — gets an empty list instead of an error.
