ListViolations returns the violations recorded in one contest and backs the jury's review queue: narrowing by review status, or by whether the platform raised the violation on its own, is what separates cases still waiting for a decision from cases already dealt with. To find the participants concerned rather than the violations themselves, ParticipantService lists participants and can filter them by having violations.
